Need a Trex deck thar spans most of the length of the backside of the house, with one end capable of supporting a hot tub.

I am looking to do a project on the side of my house. I live on a corner with no true backyard, just front and side yards. I am looking to tear out the existing fence that surrounds most of the property and have a chain link fence put up on a small portion of the side yard; less than 75 linear feet. Also off the side door I would like to have an 18 by 10/12 ft (approx) deck constructed with lattice for some privacy. Any info would be great. Thanks,
