Have a small backyard with a above ground pool , would like a deck with steps going form the main deck to a smaller deck that go's half way around the pool.

We would like to add a small deck to the front of our house to give us more outside living space. The deck would be flush with the existing front porch/stoop. One to two steps high, and 21ft long tapering to 13ft. and 8ft. deep. We would like a rail and maybe some built in benches on part of it. Low cost lumber and treated to survive the elements.
